These general terms support a clear custom-music process. Your approved quotation and written project agreement define the final scope.
Scope and quotation
Every custom music project begins with a discussion. The quotation and agreed scope may cover lyrics, composition, vocals, production, mixing, mastering, revisions, video work, delivery, or other stated requirements.
Payment and production
100% advance payment is required before production begins. Production starts after the scope, quotation, required materials, and payment are confirmed.
Customer responsibilities
The customer should provide accurate stories, names, lyrics, references, approvals, and other required material on time. Delays in these items may extend the delivery timeline.
Revisions and delivery
Revisions and delivery follow the scope agreed during consultation. Typical delivery can be around 2–3 days, but timing depends on project requirements, approvals, and availability; it is not an unconditional promise.
Usage and ownership
Any intellectual-property, licensing, credit, commercial-use, or ownership terms must be agreed for the individual project in writing. No universal ownership arrangement is implied by this website.
